Aroma:
Medium, almost dark, roasted malt. Definitely coffee scented, but not too strong

Black body with brown highlights and a think light tan colored head
Flavor:
A hint of sweet cream followed by loads of roasted malt. Finishes mellow and a little sweet
Mouthfeel:
Creamy texture, smooth and quite easy to drink
Tallgrass' Buffalo Sweat is marketed as a Cream Stout but I had a hard time finding much sweet cream or milk flavor in this beer. That doesn't mean this is a bad beer, but it might not scratch the Milk Stout itch you've got. If you're judging this as a standard Stout you'll have a much richer experience. After pouring this beer into my pint glass I quickly noticed all the roasted malt and coffee aroma. The flavor was almost exactly the same as the aroma, you'll notice a lot of coffee flavored roasted malt and just a hint of sweetness.
The finish is really smooth, there isn't much bitterness here at all. Even though there is plenty of dark roasted malt and coffee flavor, there isn't much bitterness. Being full of strong flavors while remaining so easy to drink is what makes this a solid Stout. Even though it isn't as much of a Cream Stout as I was expecting, I did enjoy the Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat.

My wife loves the dark beer, I'm more into the American blonde beers. She does'nt drink that much due to her medical conditions, she would like a half pint. That's why I'm sending this comment, have you ever thought of producing it in a half pint can in a six pack? Thanks, Great product!
